  2. Press and hold Shift or Ctrl and click the comments you want to edit. To select all comments in the document, click on a blank area in the Comments panel and press Ctrl + A.

Replying to comments is useful in shared reviews, when participants can read each other’s comments. They can also be used by review initiators to let reviewers know how their suggestions are being implemented. All replies appear in the pop-up note and are listed below the original comment.
