For interactive forms, you will see a message box appear in the top-right corner of the application window. The message box informs you that this document is a fillable form. Click to collapse the notification message. If you do not want to see the notification message again when reopening this file, check Don’t show again option in the notification message.

Alfresco is a popular ECM (Enterprise Content Management) platform, providing robust document management capabilities. Foxit PDF Editor users can seamlessly connect to their Alfresco accounts to open, edit and save PDF documents. 

• Click File > Save to save and replace the original document on Epona DMSforLegal. 
• Go to File > Save As > DMSforLegal > Browse, and follow the DMSforLegal onscreen instructions to save it as a new document on DMSforLegal. 

To check the document properties of a PDF file opened from Epona DMSforLegal, go to DMSforLegal context menu, and choose Document Properties. The Document properties dialog box will pop up for you to view and edit the document properties. 

To change the status of a PDF file opened from Epona DMSforLegal, please select the DMSforLegal context tab, and choose any of the following option as desired:

1. Click File > Open > Add a place > DMSforLegal. Before using Foxit PDF Editor to open PDFs on Epona DMSforLegal, you are required to install Epona DMSforLegal client in your system if you haven’t.
2. (Optional) If you have added Epona DMSforLegal in Foxit PDF Editor before, the DMSfor Legal item will be listed under the Open menu, and the DMSforLegal context tab will be displayed.

To save a checked-out and opened PDF document back to ShareFile, do any of the following:

• Click File > Save to save and replace the original document in ShareFile. 
• Click File > Save As > ShareFile > Browse, and then specify the filename and location to save and replace the original document, or save it as a new document in ShareFile. 

To save a local PDF document to ShareFile, follow the steps below:

1. Click File > Open > Add a place > ShareFile. 
2. (Optional) If you have logged in before, the ShareFile item will be listed under the Open menu. 

To save an opened PDF document back to Worldox, do any of the following: 

1. Click File > Open > Add a place > Worldox. Before using Foxit PDF Editor to open PDFs on Worldox, you are required to install Worldox client in your system if you haven’t.
2. (Optional) If you have added Worldox in Foxit PDF Editor before, the Worldox item will be listed under the Open menu, and the Worldox context tab will be displayed.
