To save a local PDF document to the iManage10 repository save the changes you made in the document and then do the following:

  1. Go to File > Open > Add a place > iManage 10, or click Share > iManage 10 > Connect > Choose, and then log in to your account. 
  2. (Optional) If you have logged in before, the iManage10 item will be listed under the Open menu.

To save a local PDF document to the iManage 9 repository, or if you open and edit a document in the iManage 9 without checking it out and need to save it to the iManage 9 repository, save the changes you made in the document and then do the following:

  1. Go to File > Open, click the server you registered previously and click Open. Or click Share > iManage 9 > Open after you register and connect to the server.
  2. In the Open dialog box, select the document you need and click Open
  3. (Optional) You are also allowed to preview non-PDF files on iManage 9 in Foxit PDF Editor.

On the My Files (or Cloud Documents in some regions) page, you can work on uploaded documents and create new folders to organize and categorize them from any device at any time after logging in to Foxit PDF Editor, without needing to upload the same file repeatedly.
