You can access Foxit AI Assistant either within Foxit PDF Editor or through any modern web browser by visiting ai.foxit.com. To use Foxit AI Assistant, simply sign in with your Foxit account.

You can select some commands and perform some actions with single-key accelerators. To enable single-key accelerators, please go to File > Preferences > General, and check Use single-key accelerators to access tools option in the Basic Tools group.

Keyboard shortcuts are keys or combinations of keys that provide an alternative way to perform actions that you’d typically do with a mouse.There are a number of keyboard shortcuts that you can use to speed up your navigation within the Foxit PDF Editor. You can both use the default keyboard shortcuts and customize your own shortcuts. 

To customize the keyboard shortcuts, please do as below:

With similar operations in Office versions, take Excel 2016 for example. In Excel 2016, there is no Developer tab on the ribbon by default. To add the tab, click File > Options > Customize Ribbon in Excel 2016, and check Developer in Main Tabs on the right part of the Excel Options dialog box, as the screenshot shown below.

To use the features of dynamic revocation, number of accesses and number of prints (additional access rights control), you should configure the web service and SQL first. Please follow the steps as below:

1. Configure the Web Service on your on-premise AIP server.

a) Log on AIP server as Administrator.

b) Download the Web Service zip from: 

The Web Service zip (for X86)

1. Select the Select Annotation command or the Image Annotation command, put the cursor over the image and the cursor turns into an arrow , and then click the image.
2. Press Delete or right-click the image > Delete.

Before using the check in/check out features in Foxit PDF Editor, please configure the SharePoint Server.
