With the Edit Text command, you can edit texts in a paragraph like Microsoft Office Word as well as changing their font, font size and color.

  1. Click File > Action Wizard > Add Commands to Action > Add. (Tip: If you have not created any custom actions yet, the Add command will be greyed out and unavailable.

  1. Click File > Action Wizard > Command > Manage.
  2. In the Manage Custom Commands dialog box, select a custom command and do any of the following:
  • Click Edit to modify the selected custom command. 
  • Click Copy to duplicate the selected custom command.

  2. In the New Custom Command dialog box, select a command from the Customizable Commands list that you want to customize.
  3. Enter the label and tooltip for the custom command in the provided boxes. 
  4. Click the Command Options… button to configure the desired settings for the custom command.
