  • Click File > Save to save and replace the original document on Epona DMSforLegal. 
  • Go to File > Save As > DMSforLegal > Browse, and follow the DMSforLegal onscreen instructions to save it as a new document on DMSforLegal.

To check the document properties of a PDF file opened from Epona DMSforLegal, go to DMSforLegal context menu, and choose Document Properties. The Document properties dialog box will pop up for you to view and edit the document properties.

  1. Click File > Open > Add a place > DMSforLegal. Before using Foxit PDF Editor to open PDFs on Epona DMSforLegal, you are required to install Epona DMSforLegal client in your system if you haven’t.
  2. (Optional) If you have added Epona DMSforLegal in Foxit PDF Editor before, the DMSfor Legal item will be listed under the Open menu, and the DMSforLegal context tab will be displayed.

To save a checked-out and opened PDF document back to ShareFile, do any of the following:

  • Click File > Save to save and replace the original document in ShareFile. 
  • Click File > Save As > ShareFile > Browse, and then specify the filename and location to save and replace the original document, or save it as a new document in ShareFile. 

To save a local PDF document to ShareFile, follow the steps below:

  2. (Optional) If you have added Worldox in Foxit PDF Editor before, the Worldox item will be listed under the Open menu, and the Worldox context tab will be displayed.

  2. (Optional) If you have added Enterprise Connect in Foxit PDF Editor before, the Enterprise Connect item will be listed under the Open menu, and the Enterprise Connect context tab will be displayed.
