Convert color PDFs to grayscale (Pro only) (Available in Subscription Releases)

You can use the Preflight feature to convert a color PDF into a grayscale version. Follow these steps:

1. Click Convert > Preflight.
2. In the Preflight dialog box, click the Profile tab. 
3. In the profiles list, choose Convert to grayscale under the Convert colors group, and click Analyze and fix. (Alternatively, in the fixups list, choose Convert to grayscale under the Color spaces, spot color, inks group, and click Fix.)
4. In the Save As dialog box that appears, specify the filename and location for the output file, and then click Save.
