You can save your custom annotations as favorites or templates in the Favorite Toolbox panel of the navigation pane for easy reuse. To add an annotation to the Favorite Toolbox panel, follow these steps:
- Select the Hand command, the Select Annotation command, or the corresponding commenting command.
- Select the annotation you want to add to the Favorite Toolbox panel. Then do either of the following:
- Click the Add to Favorite Toolbox button on the Format tab in the right panel.
- Right-click the annotation and select Add to Favorite Toolbox from the context menu.
- The annotation will be added to the Favorite Toolbox panel
in the navigation pane. Repeat these steps above to save additional custom annotations as needed.
In the Favorite Toolbox panel, all the annotations you have added are displayed as a group of preview icons, which allows you to quickly select one for reuse, and you can also:
- Click the

icon to enlarge or reduce the size of the preview icons. - Right-click a favorite annotation and choose Delete from the context menu to remove it, or choose Pin to Top to move it to the beginning of the icon group.
