AI skills provide agents with pre-packaged, repeatable best practices and tools for specialized tasks. Foxit Workspace includes preset skills for focused workflows such as summarizing, translating, preparing research, reviewing a PDF, creating a diagram, or inspecting PDF actions. You can also create custom skills to match your specific workflow.
To use skills when assigning a task, type “/” in the chat box, or click the Add button 
and choose Skills in the chat box.
To manage skills, do one of the following:
Click Skills in the navigation panel on the Home page.
Click the User Avatar icon (like
), choose Settings, and choose Skills in the Workspace Settings window. In the AI chat box, click Manage Skills in the Skills menu that appears when you search for or invoke a skill.
