The commands Edit Text and Edit Object can only allow you to edit text in one text block in one page. To edit text in a continuous mode like Word, you can use the Reflow Editing command. When you are in reflow editing mode, text will reflow automatically in pages in the document as you add or edit text content.
To edit PDF with the Reflow Editing command,
- Choose Edit > Reflow Editing, and a dialog box pops up to inform you about the benefits and notes about the reflow editing mode. Click Continue if you need to edit content in the Reflow Editing mode.
- The Format tab appears in the right panel, allowing you to edit text format and paragraph styles.
- When you complete editing, click Apply Changes at the bottom of the Format tab to save the changes, or click Exit Reflow Editing to exit the Reflow Editing mode without applying any change.
