- Make sure you have installed the printer successfully.
- To print a single PDF document, open the PDF document with Foxit PDF Editor, and then do any of the following:
- Click the Print button
on the Quick Access Toolbar. - Press the shortcut key Ctrl + P.
- Choose File > Print.
To print multiple PDF documents, open Foxit PDF Editor, and choose File > Batch print. (Or just select documents you want to print, then right-click any of them and choose Batch Print in Foxit PDF Editor from the context menu.) In the Batch Print dialog box:
1) Click the Add Files button in the Files for printing box, and choose any of the following options to add PDF files that you want to print:
- Add Files: Add PDF files that you want to print. In the Open dialog box, navigate through your local disk to select a local file, or click Open from ECM to select a file from ECM systems or cloud services.
- Add Folders: Add a folder that contains PDF files that you want to print.
- Add Open Files: Add all the opened PDF documents to the printing list.
2) The files you added appear in the table below. Adjust the number of copies in the Copies column as needed and view each file’s status in the State column.
3) Click the Move up or Move down button above the table to change the printing order of the selected PDF document, or click the Remove button to remove the selected file from the list.
4) (Optional) Select the Set current page as print range for all opened files option to print the current page for each opened PDF file.
5) (Optional) When printing multiple copies, select the Loop printing in list order option to print the entire list in order before starting the next copy.
6) After adding PDF documents, select a PDF document in the file list, and click Page Configuration Options to specify the page range to be printed and other settings. The following options can be configured for multiple documents at once:
- Copies: Set the number of copies for the selected files.
- Method: Specify double-sided printing.
- Reverse pages: Print pages in reverse order.
- Included all supported attachments: Print all supported attachments (PDF, TXT, images, Microsoft Office files) and component files in a PDF portfolio.
- Specify the printer and other printing options in the pop-up dialog box. For more information, please refer to “The Print dialog box”.
- Click OK to start printing. A progress dialog will appear showing the printing status.
