Foxit PDF Editor allows you to open, edit, save, and check out/in PDFs on ndOffice, which offers you efficient document management.
Open PDFs on ndOffice within Foxit PDF Editor
- Click File > Open > Add a place > ndOffice. Before using Foxit PDF Editor to open PDFs on ndOffice, you are required to install ndOffice in your system if you haven’t.
- Log in to your ndOffice account.
- (Optional) If you have logged in before, the NdOffice item will be listed under the Open menu. Then click File > Open > Open.
- In the Open dialog box, click the document you want to open and then it will be checked out and opened with Foxit PDF Editor. Then make your edits as needed with advanced tools in Foxit PDF Editor.
- (Optional) You are also allowed to preview non-PDF files on ndOffice in Foxit PDF Editor. The non-PDF files will be converted to PDF temporarily when you try to open them.
- After modification, you can save the changes to check back in to ndOffice or to local drives.
Tip: You can open ndOffice with one-click by adding the Ndoffice Open command to Quick Access Toolbar:
- Click
on the Quick Access Toolbar, and select More Commands. Or right-click the ribbon area and choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar…. - In the Customize Tools dialog box, choose the Customize Quick Access Toolbar tab. See also Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
- Choose Other in the Choose commands box, and select Ndoffice Open from the Commands list below.
- Click Add to add the command to Quick Access Toolbar.
