Do not use QuickTime Player for multimedia items: This option is checked by default. As Apple does not provide security updates for its legacy QuickTime for Windows software any more, it is recommended to keep this option checked for security purpose. When checked, Foxit PDF Editor will invoke a multimedia player other than QuickTime Player in your Windows system to run the multimedia inserted in PDF files, but will not play the video if it has been specified to use QuickTime as the required player.
