To export comments data, please do one of the following;
- To export all comments or selected comments as an FDF file or XFDF file
- Choose Comment > Export > All Comments, or select comments you want to export and then click Comment > Export > Selected Comments.
- You will be presented with a standard Windows “Save As” dialog box. Navigate to where you want to save the file (e.g., your Documents folder), specify its name and click Save button.
- You will be prompted that the data has been exported successfully.
- To export all comments as an FDF file and send it as an e-mail attachment
- Choose Comment > FDF via Email.
- A blank message with the created FDF file included as an attachment will automatically open in your default e-mail program, and the current file name will be the email subject.
- Type the e-mail address of users you want to receive the file > click Send.
- To export highlighted text as an TXT file or CSV file
Choose Comment > Export > Highlighted Text.
You will be presented with a standard Windows Save As dialog. From the Save as type drop-down list, select the file type (CSV Files or Text Files) that you want to save the exported data. Navigate to where you want to save the TXT file, specify the file name, and click Save.
You will be prompted that the data has been exported successfully.
