Choose a method to open a document when you try to open a document on SharePoint. You can choose just to open the document, check it out when opening, or ask you when opening a document.
iManage 9
Use Document Profile: With this option selected, when you save as a new document in iManage 9 repository, the New Profile dialog box pops up (instead of the Save As dialog box), allowing you to directly edit the document properties and save the document.
How to open the document: By default, a document is checked out when you open it from Foxit PDF Editor. You can change the setting as needed.
