Save encrypted file as a copy named ‘filename(protected)’ – saves an encrypted PDF file automatically as a copy named “filename(protected).pdf” after adding MIP encryption to the file.
Encrypt metadata – encrypts the metadata when encrypting PDF documents.
Azure Cloud Environment – Select the default Azure cloud environment to sign into the Microsoft Purview Information Protection service. The changes will take effect after you restart the application. Note: If you have enabled Foxit PDF Editor to sync credentials with the Microsoft Purview Information Protection service through Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID via GPO or Foxit Customization Wizard, this setting will not be available. (Available in Subscription Releases)

If an MIP-protected PDF contains a link that opens another MIP-protected PDF, you can select where to open the link.
