With just a few clicks, our AI Assistant lets you effortlessly translate an entire PDF document. For example, using the AI Assistant within Foxit PDF Editor for Windows, you can translate documents through the Translate Document command from the AI Assistant tab on the ribbon or by using the Translate Document tool in the AI Chat panel.
Using the Translate Document command on the ribbon
Open your document in Foxit PDF Editor for Windows.
Click AI Assistant > Translate Document.
In the pop-up dialog box, select the target language for translation and click Translate.
Once the translation is complete, the translated document automatically opens in a new tab in Foxit PDF Editor.
Using the Translate Document tool in the AI Chat panel
Open your document in Foxit PDF Editor for Windows.
Click AI Assistant on the ribbon and choose AI Chat to open the AI Chat panel.
Enter “/” or click the
icon in the chat box, and choose Translate Document.Select the target language for translation.
Submit your request and wait for the response.
After the translation is complete, click Open in the AI Assistant’s response to view the translated document in a new tab in Foxit PDF Editor. Alternatively, select Re-translate to produce a different version of the translation.
