You can use the follow-up instructions in the AI chat box to ask Foxit Workspace to revise an artifact. To continue working on an existing artifact, open it, click the More options icon 
at the top of the preview pane and select Open related chat to return to the ongoing conversation quickly.
Additionally, Foxit Workspace offers full manual editing capabilities for artifacts such as text files, markdowns, mind maps, diagrams, and HTML files.
Edit a Text or Markdown
Open the text or markdown file from the Artifacts tab in the side panel of the work area, and then you can directly edit the content in the preview pane.
Edit a Mind Map
Mind Maps can be edited directly on the canvas in the preview pane.
Open the mind map from the Artifacts tab in the side panel of the work area.
Double-click a node to edit its text.
Select a node to display the floating toolbar. Then you can choose the corresponding options on the toolbar to edit node appearance, details, structure, etc.
Edit a Diagram
Diagrams can be edited through the Mermaid editor.
Open the diagram from the Artifacts tab in the side panel of the work area.
Click the Edit icon
in the diagram canvas.Make changes as needed in the pop-up windows, and click Apply to apply your updates. If you are not good with the changes, you can click Reset to discard them.
Edit an HTML
HTML artifacts can be edited in the visual editor.
Open the HTML file from the Artifacts tab in the side panel of the work area.
Click the Edit visually icon
at the top of the preview pane. To edit text, double-click the content directly, or select a text block and use the floating toolbar to modify text styles—including font, size, color, alignment, and more.
To replace an image, select the image, and click the Replace icon
on the floating toolbar to choose a new image. Use the controls at the top of the visual editor to add text, tables, diagrams, or images as needed.
Click Save to save the changes. If you want to leave without saving, click Cancel to discard the changes.
