Key Concepts

Foxit Workspace provides a project-based workflow that brings together your materials, working context, conversations, and reusable outputs around documents or topics.

  • Projects are concrete units of work. They contain the materials, conversations, and outputs related to your work.
  • Sources are user-provided materials used as the basis for reading, analysis, and content creation.
  • Artifacts are the outputs generated by Workspace. They can be reviewed, edited, shared, exported, or reused.

In a typical workflow, users create a project, add sources to it, ask Workspace to perform work in the conversation, review the outputs in Artifacts, and download the deliverables for sharing or reuse.
